FI-00044 LM INFO
LM Information Delivery (LM) has been selected as the sole supplier for the Supply of Periodicals to Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges Consortium (APUC).
LM will supply APUC members, which include universities, colleges and other public bodies across Scotland, with both electronic and print journal subscriptions along with e-packages.
LM’s focus on providing its customers with industry-leading customer service and innovative technological solutions was clearly appreciated by the APUC members and was reflected in the awarding of this contract according to Jan Donnelly, Country Manager for the UK and Ireland:
“Recently, LM has been investing heavily in developing a new, state of the art subscription and e-package management platform and it is a great pleasure to see that this commitment to providing our customers with cutting edge technological solutions has been recognised by the APUC and its members. With our Total Subscription Management solution, we are proud to be able to offer libraries an unparalleled opportunity to outsource their subscription management to us, including bespoke reporting, EDI ordering, claiming, invoicing and UK-based consolidation services.”
“A key feature of our Total Subscription Management concept is the flexibility to work with other systems and partners, which means that libraries can choose to use the best services available for them, whilst we maintain our focus on subscription management and e-package handling.”
With an increasing number of institutions across the UK and Ireland benefiting from transitioning to LM Information Delivery, putting customers’ needs first is key, as Janne Jarvinen, CEO of LM Information Delivery notes:
"At LM we always focus on our customers’ needs by providing them with excellent customer service, backed up by state of the art technological solutions. We are continually investing in improving these services so that our customers in the UK, Ireland and globally can benefit. Our commitment to our customers and our excellent financial stability which is supported by our Dun & Bradstreet credit rating makes us the clear choice as a trusted partner for total subscription management.”
