LM Information Service has the largest customer service organisation in the Nordic countries and we appreciate know-how and competence. Our customer service representatives possess good language skills and many of them have a university degree.
Local presence is important for us. That is why we have sales and customer service personnel in each country, and they have an average experience of 10 years in the industry. As the information service industry is undergoing a rapid change, we invest a lot in the continuous development of our personnel’s competences.
Furthermore, an important part of our operations is cooperation with various industry organisations and participation in trade fairs. For instance, our Publisher Relations team has been an active participant in the Frankfurt Book Fair each year.
We cooperate with different educational institutions and offer great opportunities for traineeship or theses, for instance. In addition, we award annual grants to information service industry organisations to support competence development in the industry.
